Thank you, neighbors, for the honor of trusting me with representing you in Montepelier. With COVID, the last two years gave us an unprecedented opportunity to invest in Vermont and Vermonters. The most recent balanced and transformative budget of $8.3 billion was more than we have ever had to work with.
